How to make a booking

If you would like to make a booking for between one and fifteen guests at 237 just click the ‘book now’ button above. There is no minimum group size for bookings at 237. If you would like to make a booking for more than 15 guests please make a function enquiry from our functions page.

Please be aware that we unfortunately do not take bookings on our Skybar level, any bookings made are for a table in our L2 Lounge. If you wish to dine on the Skybar you are welcome to check availability of tables when you arrive, however this is subject to events and functions. We try our best to ensure requests for tables in certain areas are met, however some may not be able to be met due to large bookings and functions.

How long can I keep my table?

All bookings reserve the table for for 90 minutes total, after which your table could be required for a later booking. So please keep in mind that a booking does not reserve a table all night long.

Should you require a longer reservation please contact us ASAP or choose an arrival time from 8pm as you can keep the table until we close if your booked arrival time is 8pm or later.

Don’t be late 

Running late? Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time. Exceeding this, our team may have to use your table to seat walk-in guests.

Confirmation

Once you have made your booking we will send you an email confirmation within 5 minutes. If you don’t receive the confirmation, or need to change your booking, please contact us!

We can cancel & change bookings

Our online bookings platform sometimes accepts impossible bookings, if you try hard enough! If we need to change or cancel your booking we will try to contact you, so please provide contact information.
